Terms and Conditions 99mb — Platform Usage Guidelines

01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("Member" or "User") and the 99mb platform ("we", "Platform" or "99mb"). These Terms apply to all services, products and features offered through the 99mb website, the 99mb mobile app and any other platforms operated by 99mb.

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 99mb platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional guidelines that may be published from time to time. Your agreement is final and takes effect from the date you register an account or begin using our platform.

02 Member Eligibility

To register and use the 99mb platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged at least 18 years of age on the date of registration.
• Not be subject to any legal restrictions that prevent you from using online gambling services.
• Register under your own name using true and accurate personal information.
• Never have been directed or requested by 99mb to close an account previously.
• Not register on behalf of any third party or other business entity.

99mb reserves the right to request age verification at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within the specified timeframe will result in the account being suspended until verification is complete.

03 Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the 99mb platform at any one time. Holding multiple accounts, whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses or payment details, is a serious violation of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to:

• Provide your full name as it appears on your official identification document.
• Use a valid and active email address and phone number that you own.
• Create a strong password and keep your login credentials confidential.
• Provide accurate payment information linked to your own name.

99mb is not liable for any losses arising from third-party access to your account due to your negligence in safeguarding your login credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

04 Deposits & Payments

99mb accepts deposits via a range of approved payment methods including FPX online banking, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, MAE Maybank, and DuitNow QR. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are subject to the limits set for each payment method and may change from time to time.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the member's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• 99mb does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, your financial institution may apply its own charges.
• Successfully processed deposits cannot be reversed. If you experience any technical issues, please contact our support team within 24 hours.
• 99mb reserves the right to decline any deposit suspected of being linked to illegal activity or fraud.

05 Withdrawal of Funds

Members may submit withdrawal requests using the same payment method used for their deposit. All withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Full identity verification (KYC) must be completed before the first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to an account registered in the member's own name.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50 per transaction.
• All applicable bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled before a withdrawal can be approved.
• 99mb reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for verification purposes on any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals to Malaysian eWallets are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes after approval. Bank withdrawals may take up to 1 business day.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

99mb offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, loyalty rewards, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement that must be met before bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable cash.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• 99mb reserves the right to forfeit any bonus if there is reason to believe it was claimed fraudulently or through multiple accounts.
• Bonus values, wagering requirements, and expiry dates are as stated in each applicable promotional offer.
• Some games may not count or may count at a different rate towards fulfilling bonus wagering requirements. Please check the relevant promotional terms.
• 99mb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

07 Game Rules

All games offered on the 99mb platform use a Random Number Generation (RNG) system that has received independent certification from a recognised third-party verification body. This ensures every game outcome is fair and cannot be manipulated.

• Each game has its own rules displayed within the game interface. Members are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing.
• Game outcomes recorded by the 99mb server are final and take precedence over any client-side display.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay that prevents a spin or round from being completed, 99mb will resolve the affected game once the system recovers and reconnection is made automatically.
• 99mb reserves the right to void and refund wagers in the event of a technical error or unforeseen circumstances that affect the fairness of a game.

08 Member Conduct

All 99mb members are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly while using the platform. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software (bots), scripts, or any form of automation to play or place bets.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the bonus system.
• Using abusive, offensive, or threatening language when communicating with support staff or other members.
• Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt the operations of the 99mb platform.
• Engaging in any activity that may be considered money laundering or terrorism financing.
• Disclosing your login credentials to others or allowing anyone else to use your account.

09 Account Termination

Members may request account closure at any time by contacting the 99mb support team. Prior to closure, all outstanding wagering requirements must be met and any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal.

99mb reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account without prior notice if:

• There has been a violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• There is suspected activity related to fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• The member provided false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• The member is found to hold multiple accounts on the 99mb platform.
• There are instructions from the relevant authorities or law enforcement agencies.

10 Limitation of Liability

99mb provides its gaming platform on an "as is" basis and makes no specific guarantees regarding continuous availability or the absence of technical interruptions. To the extent permitted by applicable law:

• 99mb is not liable for any indirect losses, consequential damages, or loss of profits arising from the use of the platform.
• The total liability of 99mb to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by that member in the 30 days prior to the relevant claim.
• 99mb is not liable for any losses resulting from internet disruptions, equipment failures, or circumstances beyond our control.

11 Data Privacy

The collection, use, and protection of members' personal information is governed by the 99mb Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

In summary, 99mb collects your personal information for identity verification, transaction processing, legal compliance, and service improvement purposes. Your information is protected using 256-bit SSL encryption and is not shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

12 Responsible Gaming

99mb is fully committed to responsible gaming practices. We provide a range of tools to help members manage their gaming habits:

Your continued use of the 99mb platform after any updated terms are published constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to those updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you have the right to close your account by contacting our support team.
